Confession time!
I didn't care for Monaco at first. I thought her design was overkill with the glasses, braid, bow, pins and all that pink, plus she looked too much like fem!England(I don't dig tsundere types).
However, she won me over at the Christmas 2011 event. She is so friendly and overall a cool chick. I loved how she wagered a date with Seborga through a poker game.
Now she's like one of my favorite characters.
